How it started

In 2023, a new idea started to take shape — a project rooted in activism, sustainability, and artistic freedom. That’s how Aravö was born.

What began as something very different has evolved naturally into a creative journey dedicated fully to reclaiming and transforming discarded materials.
At its core, Aravö is a response to the urgent need to rethink how we consume. We live in a time where upcycling / recycling and reusing are no longer just options — they are necessary choices for a more conscious and responsible way of living.

What it does

Aravö obtains fabrics from various sources, including factory leftovers, second-hand shops, street finds, donated clothing, and more. Each piece is carefully cleaned, disinfected, and given a second life using high-quality materials and craftsmanship.

All bags, pouches, fanny packs, hats, and more are handmade, one by one, with intention and care. Every item is unique, the result of hours of work and creative exploration.

Who's behind

I’m Beatriu, an artist from Barcelona with a background in film makeup and a lifelong connection to the world of art. Since I was a child, I’ve been guided by instinct and a constant need to create. Over the years, this has led me through different paths of expression — including tattooing, which I’ve been doing since 2010.
